95° barrel angle allowing it to enter the femur more proximally allowing insertion of independent screws into the calcar
Two round holes next to the barrel accept 6.5 mm cancellous screws which enhance stability in distal condylar and subtrochanteric fractures
Minimal soft tissue irritation due to low profile design which reduces risk of intertrochanteric band irritation in distal femur and trochanteric bursitis in subtrochanteric fractures
Dynamic compression holes allow compression of fracture fragments
